Sarah Clower Keathley, the daughter of Virginia and former State Senator
Ron Clower, was raised around politics in Garland and Austin, Texas.
After graduating from Rockwall High School and the University of Texas
at Austin, Sarah received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's
University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.
Sarah began her legal
career with Phil Hardberger of Hardberger & Rodriguez in San Antonio,
which was a premier personal injury law firm. During her 3RD year
of law school, Sarah successfully ran Justice Phil Hardberger's campaign
for Justice of the 4TH Court of Appeals.
Sarah
began practicing law in Austin, Texas as the real estate staff attorney
for the General Services Commission. In 1995, Sarah joined the Law Offices
of John J. Ezell in Dallas, Texas, where she exclusively worked on contested
family law cases. In July, 1996, Sarah moved to Corsicana with Steve
and began her private law practice. On March 1, 1999, Sarah founded
the Keathley Law Office, P.L.L.C., with the idea that she and Steve
could combine their common sense and technical expertise to provide
quality legal services to the community.
Sarah serves as the President of the Navarro Country Bar Association,
the President of the Navarro County Young Democrats, and is active
in her State Bar of Texas Women In The Profession Committee and
serves as a member of the District 2-C Grievance Committee.
Sarah's
interests include enjoying outdoor activities with her family, especially
horse back riding, camping and water sports.
